A Legacy of Dirt & Hard Work Tharp Family Farm is a husband-and-wife team based in Kemp, Texas. Farming has been our family's calling card here for over 100 years. We operate on land passed down by my grandfather, who is still actively working alongside us today, ensuring our produce—from berries to tomatoes—is always premium quality.

The Heart of Our Craft While my grandfather taught us the farming, it was my grandmother, who recently passed, who shared the skills at the heart of our business. She instilled in us the timeless art of canning, jelly making, and preservation techniques that we use daily. This business is our way of honoring her legacy.

Our Why: Hands-On Living In a world that is increasingly modern and technology-based, we feel a profound responsibility to uphold these traditional methods. Our biggest motivation is making sure our children have some dirt on their hands and a deep respect for the traditions of the past—creating clean, high-quality goods for your home and family.
